Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will only be reviewed if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or production-related damage

  • The request is submitted within 10 days from the manufacturing date

  • Clear photographic or video evidence is provided to verify the defect

Refund requests submitted without sufficient proof will not be approved.

Return Requirement

If a refund request is approved, the customer must return the product within the specified timeframe. Failure to return the item as instructed will result in the refund being declined.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer

  • Shipping delays caused by customs inspections or courier services

  • Orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
